Well, my plan was to get passing up and running, then modify it for
interceptions this nweek...

That's one possibility

Well, yeah... but the thing is... you get something that works in, and
then you tweak it to work better.  Scoff! and I found that out the hard
way with judical reform.  Don't do things in one go.... do them in little
chunks.

Besides, you could have proposed an interception rule, and gotten points
off of it.... :)

Yeah.... I've noticed that Football seems to have a great deal of apathy
towards it.  Well, I'll continue hoping that more people will join teams
and try to stop me from getting 20 points by getting to the end zone.  I
also hope that by next nweek a) I'll be able to pass, and b) I'll have
someone to pass to.
