Actually, none of this happens (including the name change) because, as you note below, he failed to sushi his action. So he's still called "Baron von Skippy", and you don't need to update the roster. I believe it's traditional for you to ignore me saying this until I CFJ it. ;-)

This, though, I believe works, as the good Baron intended, as rule 14 allows him to forfeit at any time, and takes precedence over the sushi stuff. Oh, wait... he said he forfeited as soon as all his other actions were recognised. Since (at least) his activity points transfer wasn't recognised, he didn't forfeit. Well, not in English, anyway - I remain silent on what the sushi message that looked like an attempt at forfeiting did. ;-)

Having said that, since he later tried to (but failed) rescind his forfeitures, it's probably easiest to ignore the sushied one too (on the grounds that it's completely incomprehensible, and we'd only be guessing at it being a forfeit attempt).
