I was just assuming that, if they passed, new rules with the text there
would be created.

So much so, in fact, that I'm basically disregarding these.

If you made any changes to the text, please let me know ASAP and I'll do a
proper revision. If all you did, though, was add the "Create a new rule"
boilerplate, I'm just gonna ignore this. (Hey, players! Those proposals do
in fact mean that new rules will be created! I'm just a lazy typist.)
