spoon-discuss: How Joel can Randal

Since my proposal passed, the verb "to Randal" has been defined within the
game. Thus, all Joel has to do to fulfill the requirement of the rule is to
take a picture. Of anything. Since I assume he has no particular desire to take
a picture, and it is rather unrelated to the game, it would be a picture of him
Randalling. And, of course, he has to upload it to the web site.
