I submit the following Green Proposal, entitled __Adding Color to Things__:

Create a new Rule entitled __Color Changes__, with the following text:

To Tint a Colored Game Document is to change its Color from Red to Blue, Blue to Green, Green to Yellow, or Yellow to Red.

To Shade a Colored Game Document is to change its Color from Red to Yellow, Yellow to Green, Green to Blue, or Blue to Red.

Amend Rule 9-2 [[("The Sun")]] by appending the following paragraph:

The Sun is Tinted whenever a Motion of the same Color as the Sun becomes Passed.
}}

Amend Rule 9-3 [[("The Moon")]] by appending the following paragraph:

The Moon is Shaded whenever a Motion of the same Color as the Moon becomes Passed.
}}

Give the Sun and the Moon a Color whose length, in letters, is equal, modulo 4, to the number of Players voting FOR on this Proposal.
