I revise this proposal to read as follows.

Proposal:  Refactoring

Amend Rule 4E69 (Investments & Earnings) by replacing this text:

      a Range of {Blue, Black, Brown, Burnt Sienna, Beige, Burgundy,
      Brick Red, Baby Blue, Blank}

with this text:

      a Range of the union of {Blank} and the range of the Attribute
      "Sock Color"
