Proposal:  Refactoring

Amend Rule 4E69 (Investments & Earnings) by replacing this text:

      a Range of {Blue, Black, Brown, Burnt Sienna, Beige, Burgundy,
      Brick Red, Baby Blue, Blank}

with this text:

      the same Range as the Attribute "Sock Color"

Proposal:  Trust-busting

Upon the adoption of this proposal, for each color of Sock with
at least one but less than five instances in existence, five more
instances of that color are created in the possession of the
corresponding Laundry Corporation.
