I object, on the grounds that I wouldn't have voted for that rule if I had
noticed it said "C Nomic" and not "B Nomic." Also, there's no reason to
change the name, and it makes bugs in some other rules that refer to B
Nomic. I'd like to remove rule 84 as soon as possible.
