Re: [s-b] [s-d] Oracle stuff |
So, you give up the MoQ after all? Allright, well, I'll see what I can do about things. Problems happen when the game universe is split between two Oracles. I submit the following transaction: BEGIN TRANSACTION The Ministry of Questions is vacant. On behalf of Black Corporation, I assign the Ministry of Questions to Black Corporation, specifying a reward value of m100. As Taskmaster of Black Corporation, and in behalf of it, I create and become bound by the Contract below. As myself, Ty-Guy6, I also become bound by the Contract below. END TRANSACTION {{ This is a Contract titled "BlackMin: Ministry of Questions". Black Corporation is the "Establishment." Ty-Guy6 is the "Member." The Ministry of Questions is the "Task." Only the Establishment and the Member may become bound by this Contract. If one of them is not bound by this Contract, the other is not obligated or responsible to do what they agree to do herein, and may cease to be bound by this Contract. If Black Corporation is at any time not the Minister of the Task, all parties to this Contract cease to be bound by it. The Establishment agrees to: -Transfer all mack to the Member that is earned as a result of being the Minister of the Task, as long as the Establishment has enough mack to do so. If the Member does not receive this mack within 3 rdays, and until all such mack is duly transferred, the Member may cease to be bound by this Contract. -Allow the Member all powers that are only held by the Establishment because of its role as Minister of the Task. Thus, when a Member attempts to perform a Game Action that only the Minister of the Task can perform, the Establishment automatically performs the Game Action instead. The Member agrees to: -Fulfill the obligations that the Establishment has as the Minister of the Task, within their respective time limits. If the Member has exceeded one such time limit, and the respective obligation has not yet been fulfilled, the Taskmaster may cease to be bound by this Contract. No penalty can be incurred on the Member for not fulfilling this agreement, except that described in this Contract. This Contract may be changed only by mutual consent of the Establishment and the Member. }} On Thu, Aug 28, 2008 at 10:15 AM, Jamie Dallaire <bad.leprechaun@xxxxxxxxx>wrote: > Ooooooo :-D Very Smooth :D > > Except that the oracularity's status is now up in the air, I think? > > On Thu, Aug 28, 2008 at 10:53 AM, Geoffrey Spear <wooble@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx > >wrote: > > > BEGIN TRANSACTION > > Assertion: I hold the Ministry of Questions. > > Action: I ZOT the Consultation I submitted on my Playerhood, as it's > > unworthy, being axiomatically true (else this transaction would have > > failed). > > Action: I resign the Ministry of Questions. > > END TRANSACTION > > > > How's that for a logical hand grenade? > > -- > > Wooble > > _______________________________________________ > > spoon-business mailing list > > spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx > > http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/spoon-business > > > _______________________________________________ > spoon-discuss mailing list > spoon-discuss@xxxxxxxxx > http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/spoon-discuss > -- -Tyler _______________________________________________ spoon-business mailing list spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/spoon-business
