As a game action on behalf of the Ministry of Goods, and without two 
objections in two-ndays, I create the following Non-Unique Blueprint:

Oh! This is - this is ghastly!

    Creates device: A charbroiled, wooden steak.
    Properties: Disposable
    Power: Impale
       Effect: A single undead target player takes 1 HP Damage, and may 
not take any further actions for the next six rdays that would Damage 
another player who is not his Killer.
       Conditions: The Undead target player has not been Impaled this nweek.
       Trigger: A Game Action by owner, clearly indicating the target 
player.
