Hrm... Yeah, it does.

All actions that happened this nweek except those contingent on MoQ identity
did happen (stabbings, mack transfers, etc.) as far as I know, except for
future action things (i.e. Wooble and BobTHJ haven't yet given allegiance to
the Conglomerate). I will update MoS/T later to reflect this.

I submit the following Proposal, entitled "Back on Track", which I intend to
HURRY immediately with enough support.

MoQ, could you also get the Clock started?

Just realized my earlier proposal that would have fixed this can't simulate
all hte changes that would have happened had Codae been MoQ if the proposal
can never be voted on because the clock's not on...
