I Vote AGAINST the above Proposal because I don't think it is needed
(Wooble's oracularity being conclusively a non-event) and because, in
passing, it would destroy any rule changes wrought by any proposal with a
lower proposal number (which are?)... Also the grammar hitch makes it
probably ineffectual.

I also challenge MoL Hose's public display of rules, pointing out that the
sentence appended to Rule 35 as a result of Wooble's non-event oracularity
(that devices whose DOOs leave are destroyed) should not be there.
