[s-b] Proposal: Save Our Souls

I believe that Wooble was correct in contesting my creation of the blueprint
for a rapier, and that the first blueprint I attempted for the creation of a
"Cudgel" still stands. Unless anyone makes claims to the contrary, which
would surprise me, the justice system will confirm, shortly, that the
blueprint "How to Make a Stick" exists.

It is also my opinion that the Cudgel defined by this device is overpowered.
Also, it allows dead players to continue bludgeoning their foes.
0x4461736864617368 and Aaron C each ended up spending m35 to purchase a
rapier that doesn't exist, and they should get that money back (either thru
legal convention or, failing that, from this proosal). Therefore, I propose
the following, entitled "Save Our Souls":

Any device known as a "Cudgel" ceases to exist.
Any device known as a "Rapier" ceases to exist.
Any blueprint known as "How to Make a Stick" ceases to exist.
Any blueprint known as "How to Make a Pointy Metal Stick" ceases to exist.
If the players known as "0x4461736864617368" and "Aaron C" have not yet been
reimbursed for their purchases of the device known as the "Rapier", m35 is
added to each of these players' mackerel.
