Just out of curiosity, do we have a good list of inactive players?

"Fast Rules": AGAINST
This sounds just like the Chutzpah system we used to have, except that
a rule's Chutzpah could be any integer, whereas fastness can only be 0
or 1. I wouldn't mind bringing Chutzpah back, actually.

"Get Off My Land": AGAINST
While I'm open to the idea of being "protected" by another nomic, I
disapprove of the methods they used to get that position (namely, that
a rule change meant to help us fix the game was instead used to take
over the game, and then to repeal itself). While I don't approve of
rule 1, I don't want to cut off diplomatic relations with Agora
either.
