There are three Thrids in each nweek.

* The First Thrid of each nweek starts at the beginning of nday 1 and
  ends at the end of nday 4 of that nweek.

* The Second Thrid of each nweek starts at the beginning of nday 5 and
  ends at the end of nday 8 of that nweek.

* The First Thrid of each nweek starts at the beginning of nday 9 and
  ends at the end of nday 12 of that nweek.

In rules 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4, and 4-5, replace "nweek" and "week" with "Thrid".
Replace the fourth paragraph of rule 4-1 with:

Element change game actions must be made on the first two ndays of a Thrid.

Replace the fifth paragraph of rule 4-2 with:

Remove the ninth paragraph of rule 4-4 and renumber the list it interrupted.

Replace the second-to-last paragraph of rule 4-4 with:

Censure: If in a given week the rule tag moderator fails to post the required 
notifications, ey shall lose 20 points.
