Right you are, and I realized that this morning, but didn't have a
chance to get to it until now.

However, the current reassigning rule is rather ambiguous to me. Rule
2-5 says "At the beginning of each nweek, if a RFJ is Pending the
Administrator shall select a new Judge for that RFJ." Now, am I
restricted in my choices for a new Judge? Does it have to match
someone in the original list of Eligible Judges that I picked from in
the first place? Do I need to pick from a new list of Eligible Judges
based on who just voted?

I think I just get to pick anyone (even myself), since that's all the
rule says, but I'm going to pick someone who recently voted just
because they're more likely to be active.

RFJ 2 is assigned to Antonio, and RFJ 9 is assigned to sproingie.
