Remove the following text from r14: {{
When a new player joins the game, e receives a Get Out of Jail Free card from the Deck. If there are no copies in the Deck, a new one is created and given to the new player instead.
}}

Remove all instances of cards with the following names from the game and cardlist:
* Get Out of Jail Free
* Roll out
* Voting Accomplice
* Do Not Pass Go

For each card removed from a player's hand in this way, a copy of Card of DOOM! is created and put in that player's hand. [[This is to encourage the discard of more cards in the hopes of a more full deck. I don't think that replacing them with draws would have a much different effect, anyway.]]
