Okay... And as far as I can tell from the archives, nobody ran in that
election. So, the position is open, and per r1905 each player must
update the Public Display emself.

I create a penny at A2. Including my prior move last Checking period,
and ignoring Hjallti's move, here's the new board (which I have also
