Well, since I'm taking on a bunch of other stuff, I might as well go
for Arcana as well. I nominate myself for the Ministry of Arcana, and
accept.

(I'll accept as game precedent that the Adept will continue to handle
the laws and seals, but we might want to clarify the rules regarding
the division between the Roster and Arcana ministries.)
