Firstly, some Ministerial Stuff: I nominate myself for Webminister and 
Minister of Cards, and accept both nominations. If anyone is interested 
in Rules or Arcana, please run (so far Arcana is pretty cushy - laws 
and seals only).

Now, onto this nweek's ruleset changes:

- 6 minutes of work in an entire nweek, and you get paid full 
Ministerial salary.

I'd keep it for myself, except I'm going to be out of town and possibly 
away from email from the seventh until the nineteenth, and there ought 
to be one ruleset update in that time. So even if you don't want to 
actually be the Ruleset Minister, contact me if you're interested in
