Hm. I try a different tactic. I create a T-Shirt in my posession, with the
text "B Nomic Players Do It In Public" on it. Under none of the definitions
at www.dictionary.com for "modify" does creation count as modification. Also
note that definitions 3 and 4 would be difficult to fulfill, and 2 which
does apply to T-shirts only applies in cases of "extreme, severe, or strong"
ones. And I can make it *more* "extreme, severe, or strong" under that
definition without modifying it. Therefore, I make it more "extreme" by
changing its text to read "ko to'e zasti", which may not sound extreme to
you but which has a track record of offending all people at whom it has been
seriously directed.
