No votes were cast by anyone. Since nobody was elected, I assume this
means I retain the position by default.

I vacate the office of Minister of Economic Affairs. Let's try this again,
people...


NOMVIVOR:

Baron von Skippy receives fives votes.
Iain receives seven votes.
Iain is votes Off the Island.
Baron von Skippy wins the second round of Nomvivor!

OTHER STUFF:

The Voice joins vSOI. (I also finally clean up vSOI's membership, removing
a couple of defunct players.) The Voice also joins INH.

Wonko completes The Statue; the Avatar awakens. Huzzah!

Glotmorf's votes were received well after the close of voting, and thus
cannot be counted.

The Voice adopts a Philosophy (one without a Mandate, even. wow.)

Technically, The Voice is considered a new player, and as such is assigned
Glotmorf as a Mentor. This should be an easy enough job...
