[Spoon-business] Army mod #1

Okay, I'm proposing this in pieces. These are all the things I left out of 
Armies, broken up so y'all can pick and choose your favorites out of the 
bunch.

I propose:

Replace the second sentence of 1326.A with: "Each Army has six attributes: 
Price, Power, Toughness, Strength, Speed, and Mental State."

Add the following section to __Armies__:

A.6. Mental State
The Mental State of an Army modifies its other attributes. The mental 
states, resultant modifications, and prerequisites to get each are as 
follows:

A.6.1. Neutral
Neutral Armies have no modifications to their attributes. When an Army is 
purchased, its Mental State is Neutral. An Army's Mental State becomes 
Neutral if it has not fought a battle in 2 nweeks. If at any time an Army 
has no Mental State, its Mental State becomes Neutral.

A.6.2. Berserk
A Berserk Army is deranged and will fight to the death. If an Army is within 
two squares of an Army of a type which it Hates, that Army gets the Mental 
State Berserk and will attack the army it Hates, regardless of ownership. 
Berserk Armies get *2 Power, *.5 Toughness, and *1.5 Speed, and may not 
Retreat. When an Army is no longer Berserk, its Mental State becomes 
Neutral.

A.6.3. Elite
An Elite Army is hardened and experienced, ready for battle. If an Army has 
won two or more Battles in the past 2 nweeks and won more battles than they 
have lost, that Army gets the Mental State Elite. Elite Armies get *1.5 
Power and *1.25 Toughness.

A.6.4. Demoralized
A Demoralized Army is more concerned with surviving than with winning, and 
just wants out. If an Army has lost two or more battles in the past two 
nweeks and lost more battles than they have won, or if the Strength of an 
Army is less than .50 and that Army is not Elite, that Army has the Mental 
State Demoralized. Demoralized Armies get *.5 Power, *2 Toughness, and *1.25 
Speed.
