[Spoon-business] CFI-Destruction

No one has CFI'd this yet, so I will-just so we can get clarified whether
it was legal.

I make the following CFI:

Statement: Rule 942 does not enable Priests of Apophis the Destroyer to
reduce Nice Dimensions of other players, and Wonko's attempt to do this
was not legal.

Argument: Rule 150 strongly prohibits changing of others' attributes
unless explicitly permitted by another rule. Rule 942 says "by decreasing
a Nice Dimension" which is not explicit enough to allow for the changing
of others' attributes (it would need to say "another player's" to qualify
under r150).

Defendant: Wonko.
