I modify the charter of AS by changing the sentence
"If a member at any time belongs to a society other than AS, that member
is immediately removed from AS."
to
"If a member at any time belongs to a society other than AS or the Upper
House, that member is immediately removed from AS."

As for the other three societies, players will just have to quit them to
join AS. We are a small but select few.

I further modify the charter of AS by changing the paragraph beginning "AS
may make proposals" and ending "removed from the ballot and has no
effect." to read as follows:
"AS may make proposals under the following system: Any member of AS may
make a Society Proposal by proposing it to a public forum in the first six
days of an nweek. If Athena or a majority of AS members do not publicly
declare a veto of the proposal by the end of the sixth nday, the Society
Proposal goes on the ballot."
