Sounds pretty subjective. Especially if Mr. A fails to judge an irule to be a scam or irrelevant to the quest for an nweek...at that point does the statute of limitations kick in? Or can Mr. A make said judgment at any time in the process of the quest?

And you didn't answer my question: "...and all others created by the rule's creator". All other what? Rules? Dude...do you have any idea how much of the ruleset I'm responsible for? I could create a deliberate emergency just by creating a deliberately scammy irule. :)

But okay, let's go for subtle now...

{{ _Glotmorf's Immutable Rule v2.1_

Rule changes by a given player must occur in consecutive quantities of two or more. If a rule change by a player is not preceded by a rule change by the same player, no other rule change can be made until at least one other rule change has been made by that player.

}}

So I wait until late in nday 7 to submit all my proposals. Then I wait until late in nday 10 to submit this irule. As a result, since the irule isn't preceded by a rule change made by me, no other rule change (such as those in other people's proposals) can be made, except for the ones made by my proposals.

-"...the Immutable Rule, and all others created by the rule's creator..." Context there is supposed to suggest other Immutables. Clever... so you've found a possible Immutable Rule. Great. Fine. I'm going to bed. This is too hucking fard when I'm this tired. Tomorrow I'll redo large portions of it (you bastard) to make IRules (new from Macintosh: twice the cost and 1% better performance...) seperate from the other ruleset. That'll be whatever the number is/3, and the prop's only existed for an hour and a half. Christ...-
