-God, it's too late for this crap... okay, but it /does/ change the 
gamestate. I knew I should have made that illegal instead... not that I'd 
complain about that rule, mind you. I'd be raking it in from vSOI and Gnome 
Ministry stuff... but I see the point of making that illegal. *sigh* Fine.

Instead of "may not affect the dimensions of any player," add "may not alter 
the gamestate" to the appropriate sentence in the first paragraph of my 
proposal.

Anything else, your editorness? (Don't get me wrong, I appreciate this 
troubleshooting...)-
