Hey, this is all *buzz* commented! That means I have every right to exercies
extensive *crackle* verbosity. Everything below here *buzz* you need not
peruse; I'm gonna quote it, except without the *crackle* comment brackets,
in just a few minutes:

Yeti!__

Change rule 348 to read:

"There exists an entity called the Yeti. At the start of the 1st nday of
each nweek, the Yeti moves three times to a random square which is not more
than 8 units from the square e is in. When the Yeti leaves a square, that
square becomes Frozen. Whenever a MO Moves into a Frozen square, it
automatically makes an additional Move in the same direction it came from.
Any square which has been Frozen for at least 1 nweek immediately ceases to
be Frozen unless another rule prevents this."

Remove the attribute Frozen from all grid squares.

Append rule 31, in its entirety, to rule 30. Then, repeal rule 31.

Change the gamestate to what it would have been had it been legal for
players to change eir votes at any time between the beginning of the game
and the beginning of nweek 12's Voting period. [[not *crackle* hard to do;
it's what we think the gamestate *buzz* is anyway]]

In rule 19, append the text "unless the revision was issued before voting"
to the 3rd sentence of the second paragraph.

Change the Gamestate to what it would have been if that text had been in

In rule 23, replace the sentence
"The Ballot shall list all proposals that were recognized after the start of
the previous nweek's voting period."
with the sentence
"The Ballot shall list all proposals that were issued between the start of
the previous nweek's voting period and the start of the current nweek's
voting period."

[[As it *crackle* is, stuff made after the Voting cutoff but before the
Ballot was issued would be on that Ballot, then on the next nweek's Ballot
too.]]

Change the Gamestate to what it would have been if the above change had been
made to rule 23 upon the beginning of the game.
