spoon-business: fixes, proposal

Ok, fine.  At the request of my fellow players (Nods to Glotmorf, Wild 
Card), I have a fix and a proposal.

First of all, in the proposal titled __Cover Your Ears!__, replace the 
string "a random number of random gremlins" with "1dN random Gremlins, where 
N is the current number of Gremlins"

Second of all,

In rule 440, replace the string:

"increase in eir charm for that nweek"

with:

"number of proposals e had on the ballot for that nweek which passed"
