Alrighty, then:

In my proposal entitled "The Gremlin Fund", do the following:

Replace the first occurrence of the word section after the third $$$$ with
paragraph.

Replace the sentence:

In the last sentence of rule 296, replace the first occurrence of the words
"Scoring Gremlin" with "Gremlin Fund".

with:

Replace the first occurrences of the words "Scoring Gremlin" in each of the
last two sentences of rule 296 with "Gremlin Fund"

Replace the word "second" in:

In rule 345, replace the second occurrence and the third to last occurrence
of the word "Luigi" with "Gremlin Fund".

with "fourth".

Add the sentence:

Transfer all Gremlins' points to the Gremlin Fund.
