spoon-business: Proposal: Cheerleaders

Create a new rule as follows:

"Cheerleader" is a Title.  The Title "Cheerleader" may be held by 
any player who is not on a Football team, or who does not already 
hold the title of "Color Commentator".

To become a Cheerleader, a player must announce eir intention to 
become a Cheerleader in a public forum.  E must also announce 
the team (Turquoise or Crimson) for which e wishes to be a 
Cheerleader.

A Cheerleader must periodically post team cheers in the public 
forum.  Imitation of actual American football cheerleaders is a 
necessity.
