spoon-business: Revision of _Izing on the Cake_

Replace the proposal _Izing on the Cake_ in its entirety with the following:

Create a new rule:

Each object in the game that can be owned by a Player can have an appropriate Izing attribute that is assigned to the Player upon ownership. Once a Player has acquired the Izing for an object, upon losing ownership of that object, e cannot again own the object until the Izing has been removed from em.

An Izing is removed from all Players once a certain percentage of the Players has it; this percentage varies with the Izing.

Existing Izings are as follows:

Possession percentage: 90%

The Immunity Idol: Idolized
Possession percentage: 100%
