Create a new rule:

{{ _The Meteor Gremlin_

There exists a Gremlin called The Meteor Gremlin, also known as Rocky.  Rocky is Active whenever there are more than five vacant Grid locations; otherwise it is Inactive.

At the end of an nweek, if Rocky is Active, Rocky drops a Big Rock onto a random location on the Grid, either a vacant location or one already containing a Big Rock.
