no, don't remove me.

I offer an alliance to The Kid.

I'd like to see the 1/day provision entirely removed.  It doesn't do much,
since there is a limit on the number of stones playable/week anyway and I
don't see a reason why we shouldn't be able to declare more than one
alliance per day.
