It appears that I missed one of God's RFJ's from 2 Oct 2000 21:25:16:

14, Poulenc: spoon-discuss@xxxxxxxxx is not a public forum.

The following judges are recused for failing to render judgments within 
three days of eir selection:

6. Remo
7. Josh Kortbein
9. Josh Kortbein
10. Remo

That this happened was entirely my fault, as I didn't make the information 
available to render these judgments before time ran out. Thankfully, there 
is no penalty for being recused (at this point), so no harm, no foul. 
Anyway, I apologize for taking so long to get the Judicial pages up.

In replacement, the following judges are selected:

6, Poulenc: A forum not declared to be a public forum by the Administrator 
is not a public forum.

7, Jeff Schroeder: Actions taken in a forum that is not a public forum are 
invalid.

9, Zagarna: Joel is the only player.

10, Joel Uckelman: No Agent is an eligible voter unless a rule other than 
Rule 118 explicitly allows that Agent to vote.
