[hosers-announce] drive failure

The hard replacement hard drive, which had been in service for a mere two 
weeks, failed itself on Friday evening.

Things are back up again; I'm still in the process of doing the restore, 
but you should be able to log in now. Hopefully there will be no further 
problems. I'll have a level-1 RAID set up by next weekend, which, unless 
I'm astronomically unlucky, should prevent this from ever happening again.
