Re: [game-lang] Introductions and request for Lit review |
Thus spake Marc Lanctot: > Hello Joel, > > I'm curious about you.. are you a researcher? Academic? I finished my PhD at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation at the University of Amsterdam in December 2009. My dissertaion was on languages for compact preference representation, and I'm a logician by training. If you'd like to see what I've worked on, here's my academic site: http://staff.science.uva.nl/~juckelma. My work so far fits in to AI/multiagent systems and social choice. Presently, I'm looking for a postdoc. Additionally, I'm one of the developers of VASSAL, so I have an immediate interest in applying whatever we develop. > You mentioned AAAI; I was curious why you attended. I've had papers at the M-PREF workshop (preference handling). > In or after your lit review, can you include your opinion about working > on a superset of GDL or GDL-II rather than starting from scratch. Will do. Don't expect it before Wednesday, though. -- J. _______________________________________________ game-lang mailing list game-lang@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/game-lang
