Re: [eia] time to reference EIH ?


I looked at the Empires in Harm rules online, and unless I'm missing
something the rules relevant to this point are worded exactly as in EIA.
Also, I sent an email to an EIA discussion group at Yahoo, but I haven't
heard back from them in the 2-1/2 days since.
