Re: [eia] French economic phase- Dec. 1805

Here is what I have:
       France started in the middle 7,
       +1 for allying with Turkey,
       +2 for manipulation,
       -1 for PSD drift,
       -1 for ceding Egypt.
This gives us a net +1, to end France in the highest 7 box.  All agree?
