    Only if the besieged garrison at Ekaterinoslav doesn't starve to death
first.  If the garrison starves, then the corps will retire into the city
(which the cossacks are unable to besiege on their own).  So before anything
can happen at Ekaterinoslav, we need a forage roll for the garrison in the
city.
    Obviously, there is no point in rolling dice at Kiev.  The Turkish force
at Kiev consists of:
8 inf., 7 cav., 20 feudal inf., 16 feudal cav.
