Hmmm.  Ok, after reading 4.6.5.2 I am convinced that the French leaders are
ineligible to participate in the Christiana battle.  Sorry Mike, I realize
this is the same rule you pointed out earlier but I apparently didn't grasp
the significance of it before.  In light of this ruling, is anyone opposed
to me removing the French leaders from the board?  Obviously, if they can't
participate then there was no point in placing them there.
