All, Could someone bring me up to speed on the email and time conventions that are used for the game? For instance, there is a diplomatic phase in the rules, but since the turns will tend to take quite a while, do people refrain from discussing issues that would normally be covered in the diplomatic phase when other phases of a turn are in progress? Or should I feel free to talk about anything with anyone at any time? Additionally, could I get a rundown on the administrative rules that are in place for this game, like how much time is allowed for the various phases of a turn and so on.
