[eia] completed game

I hate to think of our previous game as unfinished. So instead, let's think of it as a completed 1805-1807 campaign! :-) (With the exception of Austria's Dec. 1807 land phase, we did complete that campaign.)
Let's take everyone's bids and multiply them by 12/44. (I'm rounding up to ensure that I get positive whole numbers for all bids.) That leaves Everett with a bid of 5 for Austria, Danny with a bid of 2 for Spain, Joel with a bid of 1 for Turkey, JJ with a bid of 12 for GB, me with a bid of 12 for France, Jim with a bid of 3 for Prussia, and Mike with a bid of 10 for Russia. With these bids, the required totals would have been:

Austria: 110 + 5 = 115.
France: 130 + 12 = 142.
GB: 105 + 12 = 117.
Prussia: 85 + 3 = 88.
Russia: 115 + 10 = 125.
Spain: 85 + 2 = 87.
Turkey: 100 + 1 = 101.

When total manpower is included our final totals would have been:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Country, Manpower + Victory Points = Total, Percentage of Goal
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Austria, (24+ 7) + 74 = 105, 105/115 = 91.3%
France, (30 + 7) + 96 = 133, 133/142 = 93.6%
GB, (16 + 3) + 99 = 118, 118/117 = 100.8% (Winner!)
Prussia, (15 + 5) + 91 = 111, 111/88 = 126.1% (Winner!)
Russia, (35 + 0) + 91 = 126, 126/125 = 100.8% (Winner!)
Spain, (14 + 8) + 92 = 114, 114/87 = 131.0% (Winner!)
Turkey, (5 + 0) + 91 = 96, 96/101 = 95.0%

So congratulations to JJ and Mike for meeting the expectations that the designers had for control of their countries, and special congratulations to Jim and Danny who *far* surpassed the expectations that the designers had for control of their countries in a 3 year game. Well done!

Ok, now I feel better about starting a new game. :-)
