    Good question, Jim.  You are right when you guess that new corps
counters are similar to new factors - you have to use them or you lose them.
So when you buy extra corps counters, they are only good until the next
economic phase or they are lost.  So according to the reports we've heard,
Danny purchased an extra corps marker in June that he never placed.  After
this month's economic phase, that extra corps marker will be gone.  (If he
wants to have an extra one again, he will have to re-purchase it.)
