    I was including the Combined Movement step in with the second escrow to
keep things moving along.  After all, there is no reason in principle why
you can't just email everyone you plan to combine with ahead of time and
coordinate with them before you send out your reply to the escrow.
    But at the end of the day, I don't really care.  I'm willing to go with
whatever people prefer on this one.
