RE: [eia] Re: reinforcement at Naples |
I think that we are making more out of this than needs be. The whole point of the game is making decisions and living with them. I know everyone has their objectives and desires to catapult their country to the highest level possible but the whole point is to imitate real life. As we know, leaders in the past and present don't make perfect decisions just as our game. This is what makes things so interesting! I believe that we should leave things the way they are. Kyle stated: However, I think that going back to fix orders should be permitted when both of the two following sets of circumstances apply: a) the rules about the situation in question have recently been changed, reinterpreted, and/or clarified, and b) the change in question has a minimal impact on the subsequent movements and decisions of other players. Sense Kyle made his statement with an "AND" between a) and b) I believe this should not apply because it seems to me that this is a pretty major back-step and things should be left the way the rest now. But this is just my opinion and I am willing to live with the majority's ruling. -DEM _______________________________________________ eia mailing list eia@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia
