Hmmm.  I guess since the combat will be a limited field combat regardless of
whether or not the besieged force participates, there's no reason why you
should have to reveal this before chit selection.  But I know this is not
how we've handled this in the past, which is why I spoke up before reading
the rule.  So from now on, I'll know how to handle it.  Go ahead with your
chit selection and force revelation.

(Just like those who choose outflank should reveal their forces with their
chit selection.)
