Kyle, you forgot to add in the additional +2 modifier for Denmark and
Naples, since you are at war with their attacker (Great Britain).  This
would make your roll for Denmark 8 (which could only be tied) and your roll
for Naples 9 (which cannot be matched by anyone, so there's no use of anyone
rolling it).
