[eia] Fw: France's minor country control rolls

    2.5 hours after I sent out my rolls request to pbm.com, they have still
not been forwarded to the rest of the group.  <shrug>  Luckily, though, my
rolls were sent directly to me.  So, in case there is some sort of problem,
I am forwarding the message I got from the server confirming my rolls.
After national modifiers are applied, my results were:

4 for Bavaria
6 for Denmark
7 for Duchies
5 for Mecklenberg
7 for Naples
2 for Romagna.
