The state of a room being lit is probably not an 'event', so whichever
object's Type Specification has precedence "wins".  As far as I can
see, the creation of the Talismans (assuming they both were created
through Motions) would be through the ability of Rule 2-6.  So all
Talismans have the same Type Specification and there is a paradox from
what I can see.
